Holding a job and earning a wage: what seems so natural to so many is a desired goal for many of the individuals at ESI when they and their family members first inquire about the services and support of East Shore Industries, Inc.

As each individual situation is evaluated, we discuss the match between skills and particular types of work environments. Each plan is developed to be consistent with a person’s individual ability level. Specific instructions for particular tasks are developed for every individual in one to one training. Over time, most individuals work at a variety of jobs, continuing to learn new levels of skill and developing their ability to master tasks of increasing degrees of difficulty.
